FAQs

  • Your session is not booked until I've received your 50% non-refundable retainer, and after that we start planning your shoot.

    All of my packages include creative direction and styling assistance. We work together to figure out the best outfit and set design to match the creative concept!

    I usually put together a reference image folder on Google Drive so we're on the same page.

  • Once you've chosen a package option, filled out the contact form, and decided on a shoot date, the next step is to send me the 50% retainer via Venmo within 24 hours of choosing a date.

  • Before you leave the studio/location on the shoot day, I will send you a Venmo request for the remaining 50% which is to be paid on the spot.

  • My turnaround time for editing is 3 weeks after the shoot date. I will email a link to the gallery via WeTransfer.

    You must download the folder of images within 11 days of it being sent and message me a confirmation that you've downloaded the images.

    I can provide the photos quicker for a rush fee.

  • Up to 2 reschedules are permitted:

    1st reschedule - If you need to reschedule the session and give me at least a one-week notice, we can put your deposit towards rescheduling at a different date/time.

    2nd reschedule - Requires an additional 50% retainer fee to secure a new date. If a 3rd reschedule is necessary your (2) retainers will be forfeited & you will need to rebook via this website.

    Your time is valuable and so is mine, so please be respectful and make any arrangements necessary prior to booking.

  • After a 20-minute grace period, there's a $15 late fee for every 10 minutes you're late.

  • If you are no longer able to do the photoshoot, please let me know as soon as possible!

    The 50% retainer is non-refundable as it compensates me for the time spent planning & the time slot that could've been booked by another client.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours before the scheduled shoot will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee in addition to losing the 50% retainer.

  • 24 hours prior to the shoot, we will keep an eye on the forecast, and if it looks like our session will be rained out, we can reschedule at no fee! (Unless you're down to shoot in the rain & adjust the concept a bit to fit the weather!)

  • The unedited files do not represent my work and will not be provided. I always send the photos that I am proud of & I would never hold back a photo you look amazing in!

  • Do not add filters to the images when you're posting. You wouldn't go to a museum and paint over a piece of art, so do not change my carefully and lovingly edited photos.

  • If you are posting my images on social media, it's common courtesy that you both tag me in the photo and credit me as the photographer in the caption. This is how you give proper credit to the artist and helps me reach more potential clients!

  • Photographers always own the rights to their images unless they sell those rights. The payment I receive for the shoot is for my services, not for the image rights. This means I can use the final images on my photography website and Instagram to display my work and you can post them wherever you want!
